I love that he mentioned George Van Eps! Van Eps is way underrated as a pioneer of guitar. In my opinion, he’s up there with Lenny Breau and Ted Greene as one of the most important solo jazz guitarists. He was also one of the first guitarists to play a 7 string. (It’s not just for Djent).
